Please feel free to download these files. They are from the presentation "Jurisdiction: What is it and Who has it!". These files have been reduced to approximately 1/30th their original size, that is, the file first_6_minutes.wmv is around 6 minutes long and its original size is 350 MEG. The one you can download is only 12 MEG (12,094K). Obviously, the quality of these files has been reduced as well. Still, they should be able to give you an idea of what the DVD/VHS presentation would be like.
